Tell other people what you did - บอกคนอื่นว่าคุณทำอะไรดีๆ มา เอาแต่แนวคิดดีๆ ไม่ต้องเล่ายาวเป็น drama นะ
Comment other people - ช่วยกันปรับปรุงสิ่งดีๆ ที่คนอื่นทำให้มันสุดยอด
Good Recommendation (anything including entertainment) - อันนี้สำหรับชาวเรา เป็นอะไรที่ต้องการแนะนำทั่วๆ ไป เช่นร้านอาหารดีๆ
Personalization - ส่วนดีๆ ที่ทำให้ทุกคนมีความรู้สึกว่า Website ได้จัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้ตามความสนใจ และสามารถเก็บบันทึกสิ่งที่ตนเองได้ใส่ไว้ในระบบ พร้อมเพิ่มเติมแก้ไขได้ง่ายๆ

Know How

1. Manage source of knowledge
   - People contains most valuable dynamic knowledge but most difficult to get it out.
   - Online Content is a digital form of knowledge, easy to group, utilize and most desirable.
   - Offline Content is hard to get full benefit but is more trustable.
   * You should create knowledge network by digitalize other sources of knowledge to online content first.
   
2. Share knowledge
   - Store process is to categorize your content into the knowledge map which scopes on your interest.
   - Manage process is utilize the grouped content into some useful patterns for sharing
   - Promote process is to marketing the knowledge into the community.
   
3. Access knowledge
   - Web has a mechanical of hyperlink and friendly GUI. It is the best way, today, to access to online content.
   - Mobile focuses on crucial part of content filtered from the Web version.
   - Call Center is to facilitate the use of knowledge but bad intereaction.
   
4. Make it work
   - Evaluation is to rate the knowledge, knowledge creator(s), users including staff and sponsors.
   - Sponsor is supporting the community from evaluation but with more benefit not only the knowledge.
   - Improvement is when the community has the better idea to improve the system.

2. The one that distinguishs personal need and social need has been recognized as high EQ man.
3. Goodness definition can be varied relatively to the environment.
4. Generally accepted goodness for today world is understanding each other and pay respect to others' need as well.

Goodness is the way a person think goodily and prioritize their think and decide to act to others.
Someone has goodness in limited area such as you help a cat cross the street.
Someone has a dream to create goodness in long-term, in larger scale, and everlasting.
Like doing business, if you have a plan for goodness, strategically, you will find the way to create more impact than the one who doesn't.
The same goodness in your mind, comparing one another, can be different in value.

Goodness is the construction block for "love" that satisfies basic human need.

1 person has 1 set of desire.
people are different and have many sets of desire.
(My theory, everyone has one similar set of desire, but how similar it is?)
1 person meets another one with different feeling(now), experience(past) and expectation(future).

basic human desires... ordered by priority
1. neccessary survival factors (from built-in functions)
2. emotional response (from dynamic hormone level)
3. self-esteem (future or life success)
each desire is like a drug, when you have got it, you require more.

children have short-term, easy desire..
adults have more complex and longer-term desire.
"love" is the easy answer for both short & long-term desire... and create many other more complex desires.

How to make a trusted friend... or you will never have it?
1. Give away your "love", "knowledge" and "expectation"... seeking for compatible 1.
2. Improve yourself to give more 1.
3. Don't expect more, if you don't get 1.

Project Management

Thanks to Dr.Surapan, Big Brot., passed Dr.Woody and my customers(good and bad ones),

Project Management has 2 sides
1. Feel
2. Process

Process is best practice or theory(knowledge base) steps from any Project Manager(P.M.).
Feel is the way to apply or customize or improve Process to the new project or environment.
* This is the human normal practice when he write or digitalize something out of his brain, it becomes best practice or something that you don't want to rethink. Now, with smart feeling, you generate better of best practice(continous improvement).

Objective of PM is to control budget, time and quality of project or sometime optimize is enough. Some P.M. has a lot of projects at the same time, he needs multitasking skill and enough resource.

PM requires also these skills:
1. understand yourself and staff(this skill produces communication skill automatically)
2. team working
3. system thinking... at least your project, you should have clear picture, not only final picture but also how to make it happen.
4. professionalism... asian style (flexible but cool followed by Process. Feel also use here)
5. good mind power (the most important one, it helps you survive even you don't have the previous skills)
6. fast learning skill (fast learning from others(both from direct and indirect), share knowledge(whenever you share, you will know it improves), and network to access knowledge.

Crucial Steps
1. understand project clearly as much as you can.
2. plan... resource, time, constrain(+risk) and expected result.
3. allocate and prepare resource.. in term of capability.
4. kick-off meeting (plan, process, and profit) with your staff & customer.... this meeting creates expectation of project from both side such as the benefit the customer&staff will get during and after the project.
5. communication, communication and retain the trust between you and customer, while minimizing risk.
6. art of project delivery and get paid... over expectation is important.
7. make sure you close the project completely... with quality and promises.

การป้องกันผีหลอกในโรงแรม

นี่คือความเชื่อบางข้อของบรรดาเจ้าของธุรกิจโรงแรม

โรงแรมทุกๆ แห่งนั้น ย่อมจะมีอย่างน้อยหนึ่งห้องที่ซึ่งถูกปล่อยให้ว่างไว้ตลอดเวลา ไม่ว่าโรงแรมห้องเต็มขนาดไหน พวกเขาจะไม่ขายห้องนั้นให้กับแขกคนใดทั้งสิ้น ว่ากันว่าห้องพิเศษห้องนั้นได้ "สงวนไว้" สำหรับ "แขกพิเศษเหล่านั้น" ฉะนั้น เมื่อคุณมีแผนที่จะเข้าพักในโรงแรมแห่งใดแห่งหนึ่ง
